Lassen Health Education and Resource Tool (H.E.A.R.T) Program
H.E.A.R.T. is a system to help pregnant women, children, and all community members gain access to available health resources and services. The program focuses on community members beginning with pregnancy, and includes access for children from birth to age 21. Our key features are developmental screenings for children, and a resource center to connect any community member to a variety of services that will support their overall health and well-being. Healthy living starts with a good HEART!
