Trafficking and Crime Victims Assistance Program (TCVAP)
The Trafficking and Crime Victims Assistance Program (TCVAP) is a state-funded cash aid, employment, supportive and health care services program available to non citizen victims of severe crimes. This includes non citizen victims of a severe form of human trafficking, non citizen victims of domestic violence, and other serious crimes for individuals who are deemed ineligible for RCA or CalWORKs.
Cash Assistance for Immigrants (CAPI)
CAPI is a cash assistance program designed for providing public assistance benefits to disabled, aged and blind immigrants who are not considered eligible for the Supplemental Security Income/State Supplementary Payment (SSI/SSP) Program.
