Tobacco Use Reduction Program (TURP)
The Tobacco Education Program exists to help improve the health of Lassen County's residents by working to reduce preventable, excess death and disease caused by tobacco use and exposure to second hand smoke. The program educates and informs youth and community members about the negative health effects of tobacco and encourages smokers and chewers to access cessation services.
