Request for Proposals for Jail and Juvenile Hall Medical Services
The Lassen County Sheriff has issued a “Request for Proposals” (RFP) for medical services to inmates in the Lassen County Jail and Juvenile Hall. The RFP packet is available HERE (You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader) or by contacting Undersheriff John Mineau at 530-251-8013 or via email at jmineau@co.lassen.ca.us.
The RFP schedule is as follows:
Issuance of RFP July 18, 2014
Tour of facilities August 12, 2014
Q & A Closed August 19, 2014
Proposals due August 26, 2014 at 5PM
Vendor selection 30 to 45 days after the proposal due date (as determined by County)
Contract approval 20 to 40 days after vendor selection (as determined by County)
Services begin 30 to 90 days after contract approval (as determined by County) but no later than December 31, 2014.
The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in proposals.
